Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.1. GENERAL TERMS.
Easy Basic Politness is asked.
Provide neat references. (pinboard, collages, portfolios, moodboards,..)
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
Please take in consideration if rules are stated to follow these!>No NSFW of ANY KIND
>No heavy Armor
>Extra Characters come with a Fee
>Weapon are excluded/ can be negotiated
>If you are into niche things, i can draw them but will not post them on my Social Media.
>If you want to comission me for Sprites- This will alter Prices!
>If you want a specific file format for the art- specify! This wont cost anything, just lessens the confusion :D2. PAYMENT
You can pay upfront at the beginning or at the end.
The currency accepted €/EUR.
The Money shall only be paid through PayPal, any other App will be added later.3. PROCESS
Work In Progress will be given for any needed changes. I will put Watermarks on it!
The Time of the Comission will rely on the size, content and complexity of the Comission. I prefer getting the customers deadline for pieces.
Some Issues can accure while the Art Process:
Health, order of commission, complexity, Work or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs, you will be notified asap.
If I do not manage the Comission in time stated- it will be refunded.4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, no changes will be made. The Corrections are mainly during the WIP- Phase. If the request is small enough ill do it but yea.
On the Sketch phase please give as much of advice or changes as possible!
Transparent Artworks wil not be charged, but multiple background changes will have a charge fee and will be discussed.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I hold the Copyright of the Artwork,but I will allow any Comissioner to use it how they want.
Please always Credit me when Artwork is used :DTherefore I´m allowed to use the artwork to:
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
Use it for Portfolios.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, you will be blocked.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
>Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)*
>Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
>Removing any watermarks/signatures.
>Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.*This Rule can be altered depending what you are comissioning! Youtubers, Tiktokers, etc. can be excluded aslong as the credit will be given.6. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time when rules are broken.
You have a right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist, but- the reason of the refund needs to be told! If you refund after you have gotten the art- you will be reported, blocked and will warn other artists of you.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, please discuss it in the DMs.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
